Finally finished the map. Tiny bit more to do if I can find time after a very late dinner, but I have done the main bulk. Now treating myself to a bit of the Temper Trap [pun: The Temper Map? llolololllololol...]

But for now... Been looking for this stuff for ages! Absolutely amazing. About a billion percent of your daily sugar however, but you know, I think cranberries are good for you...maybe.

All those years studying him in English has ultimately led to my enjoyment of eating a gingerbread representation of his head. Aren't my parents thoughtful for sending me this treat!

You may notice I've not put much work up this last week, and it's been mainly pictures of other things... That's because I've had a lazy weekend, and not done very much. I'll just say that it's been a weekend of gathering inspiration or summat...

In this scenario it's not uncommon for me to end up dipping my paintbrush in a perfectly good brew. Luckily this confusion hasn't extended far enough for me to be drinking my dirty water and/or bleach pot...

Very, very inspired by Children of Men, even if it did give me weird ass dreams. If you haven't seen it, give it a go. Bleak but amazing. Absolutely amazing soundtrack as well [click to listen]

The first full colour final in development for the illustrated version of Cities & the Sky. Started off with an acrylic on wood background, and then adding scanned in lines and textures on photoshop.
